The staff were very friendly and helpful. I always found nice things that suited me. The food was AMAZING!!! We got to swim in the sea on Christmas Day. The hotel was very open about services available, so we knew what to expect.
The air conditioning in the room was a bit too strong.

The gym included a professional coach. Internet was available throughout the hotel. It allowed me to stay connected easily and reliably and the coach was very helpful.
I noticed many guests smoking near the pools and on the restaurant terrace though there were no specific zones designated for smokers.

I found the hotel easily accessible from the airport, only 20 minutes away. upon my early morning arrival, the reception assigned me a room quickly. the guest relations service was cute. Mrs kübra and mrs aida are professional and hospitable. i extend my thanks for their excellent service and attentive care throughout my stay.
i noticed the draught beer had a bit less fizz than what i am used to.

The staff are always accessible and fast. The food has various options i appreciate. I found the snack bar is good during lunch near the pool. The mini bar in the room includes drinks.
The air condition is not good, i felt problems. The air condition stops at 2am EVERY day.

The hotel is near several stores, so that is GOOD. Getting to the beach from the hotel is easy. The beach is just a short distance so I was happy with it.
